CHARTER FISHING VENICE with Capt Tom

Charter fishing Venice, Florida is home to some of the best charter fishing available anywhere. Venice is home to many calm sea days – which means excellent fishing more often. West Florida also offers the best grouper fishing, second to none. While there is an abundance of fishing available, you still have to know where to go to be on the fish. That is where Captain Tom Bailas, a Florida native and fisherman for over 40 years becomes your new best friend.

Half day fishing charters and full day fishing charters, inshore, offshore, deep sea, sport fishing and family friendly fishing charters are all custom made to your requirements. Venice Fishing charters are limited to a maximum of four passengers, irrelevant of how many passengers wish to fish.

​

All bait, tackle and licenses are provided by Captain Tom, just bring sunscreen, drinks and food - alcoholic beverages are allowed. Your catch will be cleaned and bagged at no extra charge.

​

Offshore fishing charters are dependent on good weather and calm seas. If the waves are too big offshore then we will fish the Bay where it is calm.

​

We also have our Federal Reef Permit which allows us to target red snapper, vermilion snapper, gag grouper, red grouper, black grouper, gray triggerfish, greater amberjack, lesser amberjack, banded rudderfish, or almaco jack in Gulf of Mexico federal waters, the catches are amazing, click here for details.
